Applicant must be a graduate in healthcare sciences and a healthcare practitioner.

After profile verification ambassadors will receive their referral coupon which can be shared via message, through social media or other platforms.

Incentive will be added in user wallet after completion of each order. User will be provided a tracking code against each order placed using their referral code to ensure transparency.

Ambassador has the right to request for cancellation of ambassadorship at any point. After cancellation of the contract, all pending rewards will be cleared during the first 10 days of next month. Nutrifactor owns the right to terminate ambassadorship if the account remains inactive for 3 months.

Typically, account approval from the admin team may take 3-7 business days after submitting your registration request through the app.

Yes, you can access real-time updates on order progress and delivery status by checking the status of each order in the "Orders" section. You can also access the “Track Order” feature in the “Orders” section provided for each order to track its delivery status through our logistics partner.
