Affiliate Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions:
1) Registration
1.1) Applicant must be a graduate in health/ medical sciences & ideally a healthcare practitioner
1.2) Applicant is required to share complete & authentic personal & professional information at the time of application submission
1.3) Nutrifactor owns the right to reject any application without disclosing any reason
1.4) All information provided by the applicant is subjected to be verified by Nutrifactor
1.5) In case of provision of false information, misuse of the platform, or any exploitation of contract, Nutrifactor owns the right to terminate the Ambassadorship immediately and will take legal action
2) Membership
2.1 Nutrifactor Ambassador Program is an affiliation program. Ambassador will not be considered as an employee at Nutrifactor
2.2 Ambassadors will receive rewards based on sales generated by using their Discount Coupon
2.3 Ambassador is not permitted to sell Nutrifactor products to third-party buyers
3) Payments & Rewards
3.1) Ambassador will receive a specific Discount Coupon once the application is approved
3.2) All relevant order-related details will be shared with Ambassador to ensure a transparent procedure
3.3) Incentives can be withdrawn between the 1st – 10th of every month
3.4) Any amount more than 15000/- PKR can be withdrawn within 1-2 working days

4.1 Right of Cancellation
4.2 Ambassador has the right to request for cancellation of ambassadorship at any point
4.3 After cancellation of the contract, all pending rewards will be cleared during the first 10 days of next month
4.4 Ambassador is not permitted to promote Discount Coupon once a request for withdrawal is submitted
4) Termination
5.1) Nutrifactor owns the right to terminate ambassadorship at any time
5.2) Termination of Ambassadorship can be based on:
1. Provision of false information
2. Spreading false/misleading information about Nutrifactor products
3. Misuse of Discount Coupon
4. Exploitation of Platform
