Terms and Conditions

  • Customers can earn Wellness Coins through eligible purchases, daily website check-ins, on their birthday, first sign-up for the loyalty program, and other methods as updated on the Nutrifactor website.
  • The policy for redeeming coins is determined by Nutrifactor. Currently, 10 Wellness Coins are equivalent to 1 PKR.

Example: 5000 Wellness Coins = 500 PKR/- (Discount).

  • Wellness Coins are redeemed in the form of discount vouchers, available on the Nutrifactor website. Voucher Code must be used before its expiry date, as indicated on the voucher.
  • Each voucher is uniquely assigned to the recipient and should not be shared with others. Vouchers are intended for use by the original buyer only.
  • Coins can only be earned upon receiving the order. If an order placed by the customer is not successfully delivered (e.g., due to customer unavailability), the coins will remain in pending status.
  • Coins accumulated for over a period of one year in the loyalty account will expire.
  • The loyalty account will be suspended if the member remains inactive (e.g. no orders) for over a year.
  • Any dispute or claim related to the loyalty program or the redemption of coins shall be resolved by Nutrifactor at its sole discretion. Customers may contact Nutrifactor’s customer service for assistance.
  • Wellness Coins will be credited to the account associated with the email address used at the time of purchase. Please ensure that you complete your purchase using the email address linked to your loyalty account.
  • This loyalty program is valid only for purchases made online.
  • Nutrifactor retains the right to determine the earning rate of Wellness Coins, eligibility criteria for earning coins, and the redemption value of coins. Participation in the loyalty program is subject to compliance with all applicable terms and conditions.
  • Nutrifactor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program, or any part thereof, at its discretion. Changes to the terms and conditions will be communicated to customers through updates on the Nutrifactor website.

In the event of program termination, any remaining Wellness Coins not yet redeemed will be forfeited without compensation.
